Yoga

Zumba

Sweat your way into shape without even noticing! Zumba dancing is simple, judgement-free, and so much fun it won’t feel like a workout. Don’t worry about getting it all perfect — just by moving to the beat for a 60-minute class you’ll get in a great workout!

Barre

The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.”
