Power 26

This is a 26 posture series that is challenging and fun for both beginners and all skill levels.


Sweat your way into shape without even noticing! Zumba dancing is simple, judgement-free, and so much fun it won’t feel like a workout. Don’t worry about getting it all perfect — just by moving to the beat for a 60-minute class you’ll get in a great workout!

Body Pump

This class focuses on specific muscle groups, one at a time, to tone and shape every part of your body. Choose your weight based on your fitness level, and join a class that accommodates everyone.


Born in the Navy Seals, suspension training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of The TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training too that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
