This class is a whole-body workout, delivering cardio and strength training to help you achieve your fitness goals. This class will not only strengthen your core and lower body but will effectively challenge the muscles of the upper body as well. You will learn proper form for safety that will follow you through all your training, and for maximum fat burn! This class is multi-level so everyone can improve their personal fitness while having fun.
